The service tech was professional and explained clearly what was to be done to fix the shower valve. He also did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the repair site. I would recommend their services.

Our water main sprung a leak, and we were forced to have the water district turn all water off until the leak could be fixed. I called Pro Plumbing & Drain at 2:30pm. They assured me that although it work require working overtime, they would be here between 4 and 6pm. They arrived at 4:30pm, had everything back up and running to perfection by 6:30pm, and I could not be more happy. Thank you to Jose and Henry! You did a fantastic job!! It was so very much appreciated that you were willing to work late. Thank you!!!!!

Great service, fixed my plumbing clog in a short amount of time. It was a challenge because of the older pipes, but the fella had some skills to be able to maneuver the snake and unclog the clog! Now I can flush my toilet and take a shower with no issues!

He did such a great job. Was very respectful and patient. Let me know exactly what they problem was, got everything fixed quickly and gave me tips on future use. Also put in request for a new focet as one I have is leaking. Great worker, would like to have him on my team anyday.
