Very responsive. Reasonably priced. Called and they were able to come out the same day. The service tech was polite and answered our questions. Clean and used shoe coverings. I will use them again.

The plumbing technicians assigned (Larry & Isaac), found the leak, explained why it was leaking, and then showed me the fix, before soil was placed back in the hole. Thank you PBS Plumbing and Air for such a fast response time in coming over to address our plumbing issue. Also, Steve is such a great plumber who was knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and clean.

The crew were courteous and explained things to me well. They cleaned up after themselves after having to go in to the space above the house, and they worked quickly and efficiently to install our new water heater.
