PDS Plumbing & Air

I called PDS twice in 2 weeks for completely separate issues. Last week for shower temperature issues & this week for heater issues. Both times I received a very quick response and had a technician out the next day. I feel like the service was very fair & reasonable. The heating unit was a little bit of an upsale with the offer to give us a quote to replace the unit... but I appreciate it offered and not being felt pressured to complete it immediately.

They were fast response and the service was great. They found the problem / heater motor fan and quickly re installed same day

I called PDS for assistance with a main sewer clog, they were able to give me a quote over the phone given the troubleshooting steps that I had taken and when the tech came out Jose, he got straight to business and he was very knowledgeable in the matter. All said and done it was a quick visit turnaround time was excellent the work was great and I will definitely call PDS again in the future I’ve already recommended them to a friend.

PDS did a great job servicing my furnace and changing my air filter. The tech went above and beyond to make sure that the furnace venting was not emitting carbon monoxide.

PDS impresses us once again! We had them clean out and sanitize all of our vents and air ducts in the house. This was no small feat because we have indoor pets and I'm sure there was pet fur everywhere in those ducts. PDS called before they were scheduled to arrive to let us know they were running a little bit late. Very considerate! Once they arrived, both workers were masked the whole time, and were happy to work with us to keep the humans and pets in our house safe while everything was being cleaned and sanitized. So glad we got this done before turning on our heat, because all that pet hair in our ducts would have made our whole house stink like burning hair once we turned on the heat! Also a huge peace of mind knowing that our duct work is sanitized due to the role that air systems can play in covid spread and prevention. Thank you once again for taking such great care of PDS!
