I gave them 5 stars. Aaron and crew were polite and considerate. They were compliant with Covid regulations and wore booties along with drop cloths to protect my flooring. Explained what they were doing And gave tips on how to keep my furnace running effectively. The plumbing crew that did the camera in the pipes were also great.

PDS Plumbing & Air were quick to respond and efficient. Technician arrived approximately 1 hr. 15 min. after I called as discussed. The problem was quickly identified and resolved within 30 min. Care and caution was taken to ensure there were no more issues anywhere else. Professional, courteous and I felt confident the problem was addressed appropriately. I would use PDS again.

The crew was on time, courteous and professional. They were careful and didnt make a mess, using drop cloths and wearing shoe coverings to keep furniture and floors clean. They all wore masks as well, which is very important in the current environment. I would recommend PDS to anyone needing AC, heating, plumbing or electrical work done.

Technicians that came to my home were nice and straightforward with what needed to be done. Called for assistance and the same day a technician was able to come check it out and were able to return the very next day to fix my sink. Thank you again. Now I know who to call for any future services in my home :)
