Cody was very polite and well mannered was unable to fix the solution but was real precise on his words and explaining what was the problem was

I called PDS Plumbing & Air for some preventive maintenance. I lucked out because they were running a special. Psy called to let me know he was on his way, he arrived at our scheduled appointment time, replaced the filter, cleaned and answered any questions I had about my unit. We will definitely be using PDS Plumbing & Air in the future!

Bought my water heater from Lowes and the next morning someone from PDS Plumbing & Air call me and were available on the same day to come out to install my new water heater. The technician that came over was Stephen. Very nice and friendly and get right to work. Answer all the questions that I asked. Now I have hot water:) Thanks!
