John Yotoun came out to inspect my heating unit because it wasn’t turning on. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He took his time, was thorough with his inspection, and clearly explained everything he found. John identified the main issue and also pointed out a few other potential problems that could arise in the future. He came out on Monday and had the part replaced by Tuesday — quick and efficient service! I highly recommend John and the team at PDS.
