PDS went beyond what was expected. Their attentiveness to me and my concerns was something I next experienced from any service company. I could text them 9pm at night with my questions and they would respond almost immediately. From the beginning, they answered their phones, arrived always on time, told me and showed me pictures of the cause and corroded pipe and let me know what they will do. The first visit was fact finding and temporarily capping the leak and getting water back to our home. They let me know what the cost would be, sent me a detailed quote and showed back up the next day ready to perform all work. Then the work comes with a one year warranty.
I don’t know why their customer service is World Class, but it is. Maybe it because the owner is former a military. He his honorable and I would recommend his service for anyone who needs plumbing service....
