We had a leak under one of our sinks. PDS Plumbing came out the following day, within a 3-hour time period, and a courtesy call 30 minutes before the ETA. I didn't, actually, have a leak, per se, just needed to tighten 1 thingymabobber. The tech simply reached under the sink, tightened it with his fingers, and was finished. Rather than charging me for the service performed, he said, because he didn't have to use his tools, he'd only charge the service fee for coming out to my house. That's how you get tipped, called back, and referrals!

(everybody expects a tip these days...)

merry xmas eve to us. i woke up to a strange hissing sound coming from behind the kitchen wall. after making several frantic calls to some of the "bigger guys," i called PDS and they said they had a technician who would be at my house within the hour. Jose arrived right on time, was able to determine the location of the leaky pipe behind our kitchen wall, and did the repair after cutting a small square of drywall. he also recommended a handyman to fix the drywall, and, again to my surprise, the handyman came immediately (after celebrating xmas eve at his sister's house!) to assess the work and will be coming back on monday to do the repairs. amazing. i would definitely use both PDS and their repairman again and will recommend them to everyone i know!
