PDS came promptly on time, gave me the estimate in advance, and did not charge me extra even though their auger got stuck and required a little extra work to get out. People were friendly and efficient. Solved my problem right away.

The guys at PDS plumbing were professional, their equipment was cutting edge, their knowledge was spot on. What I thought was going to be a far more expensive project on our sewer was guided by the techs to a simpler less expensive solution. We like them so much for signing up for a maintenance contract

Two young gentlemen arrived around 10:30 am and went right to work. The two young men were very professional and courteous .they answered all my questions without hesitation and advised me other services they offer like AC maintenance. I could not be happier . Thank you for your quick response when others could not and thank you for a job well done. You have gained a new customer.

Sie came on time, was extremely professional, went above and beyond, put on his booties not just on his boots, but on the ladders and his tools so there was no cross contamination in the house.

Sie was very knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and inspected every nook and cranny with his professional experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems for over 8 years.

He informed me along with videos regarding my HVAC system, gave me straight honest answers efficiently and effectively, and even taught me about the external HVAC system before cleaning it for me. 10 stars if I can! A++++!!

Yang and AE did a super job with the basic maintenance of my mini split. Both took the time to explain the processes and more about how the units works. Thanks, guys!
