Our A/C stopped blowing cool air on a Saturday night recently & I saw the great reviews for this company. I called & they sent John the next morning. He let us know when he was on the way & diagnosed the problem quickly, and took a lot of detailed pictures to show us other problems brewing. John was great, fixed the issue & we were back to a cool home fast! We're planning on doing more business with this company in the future with our ducts. I highly recommend this company & John in particular!

My PDS experience was very good from beginning to end. Very friendly professional service. They are trustworthy with fair prices. My plumbing problem was complex and my technician was good at troubleshooting and solving my issue.

The company was able to get us on the schedule right away. They came when they said they would and gave us a fair and accurate estimate. Juan, our tech, was friendly and professional, as well as being extremely patient with our nosy dog. The problem was fixed in good time and Juan provided progress photos and gave us some good advice and guidance.

The PDS team took care of me today and gave me a lot of information in order to make a decision soon enough. I appreciate Johnny for the pictures from my system and detailed info on my AC system. He mentioned the monthly membership option to keep our system maintained.
