Outback Deck did an amazing job on our new deck! They communicated well and kept me in the loop. The process took less time than predicted - 5 working days to remove the old deck and install the new! Darell, Emily, and Ahndrea all deserve special recognition for their strong communication and customer service skills - they were outstanding! We have purchased a new grill and have patio furniture on order - can't wait to put the deck to use!

Vlad from Outback Deck Inc assessed our deck that was in rough shape. He showed us what was causing the issues and explained their construction methods and how safety is of utmost importance. He was patient listening to our concerns and questions. He showed us options and examples of finished projects along with sample materials that would be used in construction of a new deck. Super excited to work with William Massie on getting our project started. We learned the hard way about going with a company that wasn’t fully licensed and insured.
