Had a problem with a post light and Outback gave me the website for the warranty. Submitted for repair and once they approved Outback scheduled someone to come and install. Super easy.

Outback Deck did an outstanding job of demolishing our old deck and replacing it with a new one. They were transparent about pricing from the start and ran us through every detail and process that entailed in building a new deck. Our project manager Kris kept us apprised of any updates regarding permits and the like prior to construction. Jvarn, the onsite manager, made sure he paid a visit to see how things were going every day.

Since our deck wasn't a particularly large one, construction was completed in a matter of days, and this was done in addition to finding and replacing rot under the siding of our house.

We're very satisfied with the end result and look forward to grilling and lounging outside on our sturdy new deck.

These guys did such an amazing job, we had them replace a second deck (not impacted by a tree).

I love outback decking because they live up to their reputation of guaranteeing their work. I experienced a need for repair after some time had passed, and they made sure that the repairs were done in spite of the timing of the initial installation. Ken, the Production Manager was superb in making sure that I was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend Outback Decking!

My husband and I were very unhappy with how our appointment with Bill Partridge went when he came over to do an estimate on 4-15-22 to replace/rebuild our outdoor staircase. He seemed to be upset that my husband told him that their price quote was literally between 20 & 30K higher than the other 5 quotes we had gotten so we would not be using them. He gathered his belongings and my husband walked him to the door and when my husband said goodbye to him, he simply kept on walking and did not say one word in return to my husband. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because when I called their office to share with them what had happened, the 2 people I spoke to (one was Brian Miller) were extremely apologetic about it which I appreciated.

Roughly three years after Outback Deck replaced my deck, several post-lights on the installed rail went bad. I contacted Outback Deck, as I knew they should still be under warranty. The team immediately acknowledged the issue, conducted themselves with utmost professionalism, provided timely communication throughout the light replacement process, and made it a point to ensure I had an overall phenomenal customer service experience. It is refreshing to know there are still companies out there that make excellent customer service a number one priority.
The replacement lights were installed in no time, and they are now shining as good as new!e lights in question.
