I really wanted to like Outback Decks. We are two working parents that have a rigid schedule during the week. The noon time slot is not a general one that Outback Decks takes on, but they made an exception and scheduled us at noon so we could double book our lunch break. But Outback Deck cancelled within a couple hours of the time scheduled twice. After the first time, I shrugged it off; not an issue. After the second time, it really makes me fearful in trusting them with any future business and time commitments.

Not the cheapest in town but well worth what you get for your money. The quality of workmanship, materials and company support are great. The new porch was engineered and built to code, a company rep came by every day to check on things and the hard working crew was friendly, careful and cleaned up every day before leaving. They even blew off the driveway each day. Very happy with our entire experience and with our new porch. Thanks Jeremy and Chris especially.

Part 2: Had the crew replace our back deck and stairs using Timbertech decking and railing like the front porch. Great job again. What more can I saw!!
