Outback did a super job with our deck project!! It was the original 20 year old deck that was demoed and replaced with a beautiful 20x16 deck, partially covered with a gabled roof - the perfect combo for outdoor living. Michael and the team did a great job managing and executing the work! The new structure looks like it was built with the house from the get go. Great quality workmanship from every aspect, we couldn’t be happier. 😊

My deck and pergola were installed in Feb 2022. It was expensive but built with quality materials. The biggest issue I've had is Outback Deck resolving my pergola issue. In November 2022, I contacted Outback that I was having issues with the pergola leaking where it meets the roof line. After many calls and emails, they finally sent a foreman out to determine the issue. Turned out the gutter system of the Perola was never designed for roof drainage also. Additionally, the downspouts were clogged with leaves with no way to clean them out because the drainage holes are too small. The tree and the roof were all present at the time they sold and installed the Pergola, so they should have been factored into their original proposed solution, but instead I later found out that it was discussed during installation and dismissed, with no mention to me. Their organization is all about quality work and making sure that the customer is completely satisfied with the outcome. There was good education on their quality and construction standards. We were presented many options for materials, design and price points. Their project management was everything it should be. We had constant oversight of the project and daily communications on the status. The construction crew was outstanding.
