Outback Deck, Inc.

February of 2018 I hired this company for an HOA project to replace an existing deck. Outback's bid was the highest but their presentation and side conversations helped during the choosing process among all bidders. They permitted the deck, removed and replaced it with an improved structure. We added electric and the electrical sub-contractor did fantastic work with attention to finish detail that was better than expected. The whole neighborhood liked the new deck.

I recently had a patio installed by Outback Deck Inc. From the initial meet and greet, to the sales discussion on the project, project start through to project completion both my wife and I are very satisfied with the experience. Everyone we dealt with and the whole experience was top notch. I would recommend Outback Deck if you are looking at having a project done at your home.

The team installed two large decks with lighting and did a great job. The team was efficient and answered any questions that I had during the install. There was no wasted efforts and decks look awesome.

Did what they said they would, when they would and did a great job doing it. More than happy with the quality of service, craftsmanship and just an overall great deck. Glad the weather is improving so we can now enjoy this new deck.

We had a few issues along the way but they were addressed. In fact they were addressed all the way at the top of the company. It is always very refreshing to have a humble leader who cares to listen to his customers and cares about the customer experience. This impressed me the most about Outback.
