We had to replace a rusted post on our 2 story deck and Outback Deck was one of the only companies willing to come out and talk to us about such a "small" job. We were given a wide range of options which was very nice. In the end we had them replace all the posts and pour new footings for the deck. They were quick, courteous and professional.

I've worked in construction for a long time and know when a business is the real deal or not. These guys are the real deal. From the sales presentation to the quote process to the finished product, they were professionals - timely and responsive. After my deck was finished (March 2020), I had an issue through no fault of the installation that required a solution. Their response was immediate and very satisfactory to me. You won't regret using these folks!

We hired Outback Deck to rebuild the deck on the back of our home and could not be happier! Our new deck is amazing!! Everyone we worked with was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we not only understood the process, but were comfortable with the work that was going to be done. Highly recommend for any outdoor living projects!

With the emergence of Covid they continued prompt communication to let us know where the project stood. Great materials and great people to work with. Work was almost always completed on time, with the only delays being weather-related. Our project manager, Kris, always kept us informed if work could not be performed on a given day, and when it would resume. We never had to wonder if or when our contractors were coming back. Kris also did a great job monitoring the quality of the job. He caught issues we didn't even notice, and had the work redone without us ever having to ask.

The deck and patio they constructed are beautiful. The materials and work are high quality, and well in excess of any building codes. With the composite decking and aluminum railing, we can look forward to many years of enjoyment with little to no maintenance.

We hired Outback deck to build a deck to hold a hot tub. Despite their best efforts, the deck began to sag within the year of construction. We immediately filed a warranty claim on their website. They responded shortly after and came out to investigate. Once they consulted with their engineers, they began working on a solution promptly to bring the deck back to its original integrity. We were kept informed throughout the entire process and would recommend Outback Deck.
