We could not be more pleased with our screened porch. Outback was professional from the start and never lacked communication. With the emergence of Covid they continued prompt communication to let us know where the project stood. Great materials and great people to work with. I would recommend them to anybody looking for deck work! Kris is a great PM to work with!

Outback was great to work with. They were transparent and kept us well-informed from the first sales meeting to completion of the project.

Work was almost always completed on time, with the only delays being weather-related. Our project manager, Kris, always kept us informed if work could not be performed on a given day, and when it would resume. We never had to wonder if or when our contractors were coming back. Kris also did a great job monitoring the quality of the job. He caught issues we didn't even notice, and had the work redone without us ever having to ask.

The deck and patio they constructed are beautiful. The materials and work are high quality, and well in excess of any building codes. With the composite decking and aluminum railing, we can look forward to many years of enjoyment with little to no maintenance.

Outback will tell...

We hired Outback deck to build a deck to hold a hot tub. Despite their best efforts, the deck began to sag within the year of construction. We immediately filed a warranty claim on their website. They responded shortly after and came out to investigate. Once they consulted with their engineers, they began working on a solution promptly to bring the deck back to its original integrity. We were kept informed throughout the entire process and would recommend Outback Deck.

We are very pleased with our hardscape deck and flower bed. The whole experience was better than expected with professional staff communicating all progress and extra care taken to protect and clean workspace and surrounding areas. Excellent Job!

Love love love! Everyone at Outback Deck was professional and friendly and amazing! From William, who first met with us to plan our deck, to Bobby who supervised our deck building, to Federico who managed the deck crews, and every person who worked on our deck, we were completely happy we had Outback Deck! There were a few bumps along the way through no fault of Outback Deck, and they were attentive, supportive, and professional the entire time. We met with several deck builders before choosing Outback Deck. We are so grateful we had Outback Deck. Our new deck is amazing!

We love our new screened in patio. Bobby, our project manager, was great to work with and handled everything very professionally and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. We had received multiple quotes from other contractors and although outback deck wasn’t the cheapest, we felt the most comfortable with them as a company and really appreciated how thorough they were in providing us all the details of the project.

We are very pleased with the work that Outback Deck Company did for us. They rebuilt our deck but, now it is beautiful, meets current code and the construction is outstanding. The project manager Chris Moore did an awesome job leading the crew and advising us as the project moved along. The work was finished in the estimated time.
