Everyone on Outback Deck's team was great to work with, starting with the sales team, and finishing with the construction crew. Everyone is extremely professional, timely, and considerate. The crew was fantastic; they were the most professional we've ever worked with. They are skilled craftsman who clearly take pride in their work. The job was done right: permits were pulled, and inspections passed on the first try. The project was scheduled for 4 weeks, and we were told it would likely be done in 3. At the end of week 2, the only thing left to be done was get the steel posts delivered and installed. This was delayed by a couple of days due to the vendor's supply availability. Once the posts were delivered, the crew came back a day later and installed them, finishing the project. Outback deck just replaced our old deck today and new deck is beautiful. The deck is well designed, much safer than our old one, and made with Timbertech materials that will hold up much longer than our previous materials. The crew and site manager did a great job. Professional folks, very thorough in the initial meetings, quoting process, and the construction of our new deck. Communication was a little iffy at times, but they were always very helpful. Would feel comfortable having them come back should we have another project in the future.

We had damaged hardwood flooring on our main level due to an A/C leak from our adjoining neighbor's town home. After reaching out to our insurance provider, we were told we had to replace the flooring on our entire main level. We contacted Outback Deck/Renovation Associates for the job, and we are very happy with how our floors turned out! We were given a wide selection of hardwood flooring options and colors to choose from. John Hula and his crew made sure that we were updated on our project in a timely manner, and they did an excellent job with install. Everyone was professional and the floors look incredible! We will be using them again for any future projects we may have.

Bryan and John spent time consulting with us and were very thorough. They make us feel like we were being "sold". Only great information.

We did new siding and windows and front door. They helped steer us from getting a low quality door and we are happy with their recommendation, and everything else. When the project began, John, our dedicated project manager, followed up with us and took care of a few other things along the way.

Bottom line. Great people - from owner to crew, great company, great work. Our next project is our deck, and Outback Deck has our business. From consultation to final cleanup and inspection, it was a great process.

We had to replace a rusted post on our 2 story deck and Outback Deck was one of the only companies willing to come out and talk to us about such a "small" job. We were given a wide range of options which was very nice. In the end we had them replace all the posts and pour new footings for the deck. They were quick, courteous and professional.

I've worked in construction for a long time and know when a business is the real deal or not. These guys are the real deal. From the sales presentation to the quote process to the finished product, they were professionals - timely and responsive. After my deck was finished (March 2020), I had an issue through no fault of the installation that required a solution. Their response was immediate and very satisfactory to me. You won't regret using these folks!

We hired Outback Deck to rebuild the deck on the back of our home and could not be happier! Our new deck is amazing!! Everyone we worked with was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we not only understood the process, but were comfortable with the work that was going to be done.
