Evyerthing from the sales experience to financing and construction was easy and convenient. Everything went off without a hitch and we now have a great deck that will probably outlast our house. Jvarn did a fabulous job from beginning to end. Our deck even got done weeks before we were expecting it to be done.

We went with outback deck after considering several alternatives for getting out deck redone and we are very glad we decided on Outback. Their project management and attention to detail was outstanding and their communications with us throughout and after the project as complete were thorough and transparent. We went with TimberTech as out decking surface and have been very pleased with the quality. Perhaps best of all is outback's follow up on any questions that arise after the job is complete. They treat you like customers for life which is a real differentiator. I would recommend Outback to anyone looking to redo their decking!

After a bad experience with a “do-it-all” contractor, I decided to call a deck specialist for my deck refresh project. Outback is pricey, but once you meet with them, you realize you dealing with true deck professionals.

Outback assigns a project manager who is on-site everyday to make sure everything is going according to their very detailed plan. They handle all of the building permits and inspections, so you do not have to worry about a code/liability issue coming up when you are trying to sell your home.

My project was completed on time, on budget and exactly as designed. This was the most pain-free remodeling project I have done.

Replaced a 20+ year deck, including expanding the decking and moving the stairs. Though their price point is towards the higher end of the spectrum, it has been well worth it. Nick started us off on the right foot, he listened to what we wanted and developed a proposal that fit our needs & wants. He was thorough in explaining the process and setting our expectations. Kris kept us informed on a weekly basis so we didn’t feel forgotten while all the behind the scenes stuff (permits, deck drawings, etc.) were being put together. Michelle kept us informed on the payment process. Jvarn kept the project going, kept us informed and worked with us (our schedules, lack of driveway space, etc.) to get the deck completed. He answered all questions, big & small, and notified us of all changes. We have already begun to recommend Outback Deck to other who are looking to upgrade/update...

Just had the wonderful crew at Outback Decks rip out, replace and expand the old deck that I had. Went from wood to Timber-tech and could not be happier! Sales guy Bill P was the best sales guy we met and not pushy or try to rip us off. Very thorough answered all my stupid questions, gave us tips to talk to other contractors, gave me like 5 different estimates I asked for and actually got to know us and what we wanted. The PM Jvarn was awesome, knowledgable and communicated with me a lot, which I loved. Had some unforeseen issues arise as the old deck was old and he walked me through them and the way the new deck was going to address those issues and the fixes that were covered in the deal and that need a change order (which you don’t know what you cannot see). Was give a timeline at the start of the project and every step was completed on a timely basis. The crew showed up rain or shine and worked well past dark most nights. The finished project exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Outback Deck and especially project manager Zach Katz for the outstanding job he did and went above and beyond.
