Just had the wonderful crew at Outback Decks rip out, replace and expand the old deck that I had. Went from wood to Timber-tech and could not be happier! Sales guy Bill P was the best sales guy we met and not pushy or try to rip us off. Very thorough answered all my stupid questions, gave us tips to talk to other contractors, gave me like 5 different estimates I asked for and actually got to know us and what we wanted. The PM Jvarn was awesome, knowledgable and communicated with me a lot, which I loved. Had some unforeseen issues arise as the old deck was old and he walked me through them and the way the new deck was going to address those issues and the fixes that were covered in the deal and that need a change order (which you don’t know what you cannot see). Was give a timeline at the start of the project and every step was completed on a timely basis. The crew showed up rain or shine and worked well past dark most nights. The finished project exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Outback Deck and especially project manager Zach Katz for the outstanding job he did and went above and beyond.

The project was completed to specifications. It’s rare to see a project come together so perfectly. Outback Deck Inc. was very professional in the process. They were receptive to ideas, responsive and accommodating during the design process. Our project managers Chris and Jvarn were always available to answer questions. Outback Deck really did an excellent job with our project from start to finish.
First, the initial sales consultation went very quickly. While we were waiting on bids from other contractors to completely enclose our deck with a screened in porch and add another room to the back of our house, Outback Deck turned ours around in a weekend.
They did an excellent job managing the construction process. Barring the permitting issues, they really nailed the timing of the job.
Like any job, we had some issues along the way. However, Outback Deck was quick to remedy any issue.
Two enthusiastic thumbs up. We will definitely use them for any future renovations. Best experience we've had with any contractor.

I would highly recommend Outback Deck. I had a pergola installed by them and it looks fantastic!!! It is made of high quality material that is going to last for years. From the first meeting with Bill to my project manager Kris, everything went smoothly and was explained in detail. They are a fantastic company to work with.

Excellent work, but quite expensive!

I chose Outback Deck to replace a failing structure with a new deck including timber tech composite materials and aluminum powder coated railings. We are very excited and happy with the quality of the final product. Throughout the process, the team at Outback was professional, communicative, on time, and worked expediently. I would not hesitate to recommend Outback to anyone for your outdoor living space needs.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Outback Deck. This was our second project with them because we had such a positive experience the first time. From the initial design walkthrough until the moment the lockbox was removed from our new basement door, we knew everything that was going on. John was our main contractor for this project and we were always impressed with his calm demeanor, his professionalism and his ability to walk us through any potential issues that arose. Even during this crazy time, we stayed on budget and kept as close to the original timeline as possible. You truly get what you pay for with Outback Deck. The craftsmanship and quality of their work shines through everywhere. We absolutely love our basement and we’re already thinking about other projects in the future to use them for. As the expression goes, sometimes (most of the time?) you get what you pay for! Before telling the back story, let me start out by highlighting that Outback did an excellent job and we are extremely happy with our new TimberTech deck. Bobby, our project manager, was terrific. He was very flexible and highly responsive -- he almost always replied to my numerous texts within an hour or two. The work crews were very professional and very fast -- the vast majority of our project was completed in about 5 days!

Now the quick back story -- I originally got quotes from 4 different companies, including Outback. One of the companies offered what seemed to be a similar scope at a much lower price.
