I have never worked with a more professional company. Communication was awesome. We knew what what happening every step of the way. Jose was the crew foreman of our project and he and his crew were so nice and polite. Our deck is beautiful!! I can't recommend them enough.

Was concern at first we did get lower quotes but no one would pull permits to build a very high deck. After working with Outback we reached a price that was workable in our budget. The cutomer service was outstanding walking us through the process to include support to meet our HOA and county permit requirements. Met our project manager and wall us through what to expect as well as what timeline it was going to take. We also met out crew lead that made a world of difference in our opinion the greatest team of professional we could hope for. Deck was built quickly with total oversite by the project manager and crew lead insuring that quality workmanship was top priorty. The crew needed very little oversight due to the crew worked like a well oil machine and cared about quality workmanship. I would rehire this company as well as the team of persons that worked on our deck instantly...

Outback Deck completely rebuilt our deck and did an excellent job. After some time we had a problem with one of the composite boards covering the support posts. It was pulling away from the post. I contacted Outback Deck and reported the problem. Within a couple of days they sent out a person to fix the problem. He did an excellent job fixing the problem. It is nice know that there are still companies like Outback Deck that stand behind the work they have done even after the job was completed.

My Nephew used this company and and did a great job on their deck, so I decided to use them for my deck. It was a difficult deck to build because my yard backs up to a lake and there is a retaining wall 15 ft from my house. William, the sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in deciding on the type of deck we needed based on the constraints we were dealing with. Zac, the project manager, was there everyday to make sure everything went as planned. They finished the deck in a timely manner and looks beautiful. It is a little pricey but well worth the money.

Our experience with Outback Deck was great. They replaced our 20+ year old deck that we no longer felt was safe. The on-site team was friendly, very professional, and did a terrific job from start to finish. Our PM, Bobby, was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had during the process. The handled all the permits and county inspections as well which was great. As others have mentioned the price is on the higher end but the comfort knowing they did the job right and were up to code is worth it in my opinion. Now we have a great looking safe deck the family can enjoy for years to come.
