Roughly three years after Outback Deck replaced my deck, several post-lights on the installed rail went bad. I contacted Outback Deck, as I knew they should still be under warranty. The team immediately acknowledged the issue, conducted themselves with utmost professionalism, provided timely communication throughout the light replacement process, and made it a point to ensure I had an overall phenomenal customer service experience. It is refreshing to know there are still companies out there that make excellent customer service a number one priority.
The replacement lights were installed in no time, and they are now shining as good as new!e lights in question.
