Sales people were way too pushy and didn’t give me a day to think about this purchase. The deck itself is great and everyone else was great. Honestly though I can’t recommend because of the sales people. They said 60 something percent of people are unhappy with their deck purchase and being too focused on closing the sale is why. Also I was told that the deck would have to be detached and propped up to be removed from the house. It seems the sales guy were telling me that to rush me to build the deck through them. But the deck was never detached from the house or the outdoor closet. The deck doesn’t look like a $23 thousand dollar deck either. I asked for quotes for cheaper options and was not given any. I honestly feel ripped off as far as price.

We had a very productive meeting today with Vlad. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. We were impressed with the Timbertech product.

We had a great experience with Outback Deck. They installed 6 windows for us in less than a day and cleaned up afterward. Everything went smoothly and they communicated with us throughout the process.

Pleasant experience with the crew. Unexpected costs came up like an HGTV experience without the cameras. Finishing will land on my husband and myself. If you have a screened in porch, make sure they do not quote an additional work order to re-screen. Made a mistake of not getting multiple quotes, that’s on us.

I chose not to go with Outback decking this time, but the consultation was next level. Vlad was very knowledgeable about every aspect about my project. He was very attentive to my concerns and tried to work with me for a better outcome. I am just not in the right house to choose the best in the business. These guys are perfect for your forever home.

Ralph was 5 star in his work and how he explained the installation process and the special problems with my currently installed door. He was very positive in his approach and that made me confident in the quality of his work. He was focused on his work and moved smoothly through the process with few interruptions. I will definitely ask for Ralph again if I need service from Outback Deck.
