I have been checking out this company for a few months now on social media and then met one of the representatives at my town’s fall festival. Today, I got to meet with Vlad at my home, and it was an positive experience. I’ve scheduled my project.

I’m looking for attention to detail, responsibility with my property and materials, understanding of code and permits, and excellent project management since my work as an executive keeps me very busy. I will return and add to my review once the project is complete. I’m hoping everyone is as polite, thoughtful, thorough and responsive as Vlad.

I received estimates from six deck builders when I was planning my new screened-in deck. Only one asked me for a $2,400 design consultation fee, and that was Outback Deck, Inc. I paid it, believing I would probably go with them, and understanding the payment would go towards the cost of my deck build. Knowing my budget ahead of time, they still came back to me with an estimate $30k over my desired budget, and a design that did not meet my needs. Certainly not worth $2,400. On top of that, they would not let me keep the design that I paid $2,400 for since I decided not to use them. I'm sure they do nice work, but my experience with them left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Nick did a great job presenting the options and helping us to make the right decision! Our project manager , Darell and his crew, did an outstanding job - he was on time, communicated daily and delivered a great product on time and superbly done! So excited about our awesome new deck!!!!

While I am generally happy with the final result, the process was more difficult than I would have hoped.

The sales process went well, though we did ask about lattice at that time and was told to ask about that later, but when asking later it was implied that we should t have asked earlier

More than once all the materials were not delivered which caused delays. In general we weren't in a rush and thought work wouldn't start until everything was ready.

We were only told about half the time when people were coming. We were fine with work happening while we weren't there, but we have a dog we had to be extra careful with for over a month so she didn't get out.

We ordered our deck with the drink rail, which we understood to just be a normal nice option. The crew at least seemed confused by this request though, because they cut all...
