Great job on our double deck outback did . ur project manager Frank was excellent. We did go with someone else on the ez-breeze as we got a better pricing deal from Gem screens , but overall was excellent.

Had a great experience with my planning session with Vlad and excited to get started.

Vlad from Outback Deck spent a few hours listening to what we wanted for a replacement for our existing 40 year old deck and screen porch. He brought lots of samples and pictures so that we could pick out exactly what we wanted. He did a great job explaining how the whole process would work without any high pressure sales tactics. Looking forward to getting the deck replaced.

Here is our $2k review - we do not recommend Outback Deck based on the actions and attitude of the salesman, Outback’s overall "design" process, and lack of transparent pricing.

We met with William in May about a screened porch for a one-story ranch home with an existing patio where he described how Outback’s process is different, how great they are at communication, their standards, etc. Initial visit is free although you must sign a design contract to proceed with next steps including “pricing”.

The contract indicates a “baseline” budget is to be discussed and a $1,000 deposit is required to move forward although you purportedly receive full credit of the total $2k design cost if the project exceeds $50k (which we expected would occur). We were never asked about a budget although we described our detailed vision of the project and shared pictures...

Working with William Massie on our deck quote went great. Very knowledgeable and thorough. We look forward to working with them on the deck!
