The original work Outback did on our deck was great… minor hiccup and crew change resulted in an access port being forgotten about. When we got our new barbecue grill we couldn’t get to the turn on/off valve so Outback sent Ralph Harting to fix. Ralph was very professional, located the valve, made surgical precision cuts exactly where needed, installed the needed hardware, and cleaned up as he went. Very happy with his work.
