In the end, I got the deck I wanted—so five stars for that. Outback could improve on communication and how they train their staff. The project manager felt unnecessary since I was essentially managing my own project.
Throughout the process, I dealt with both a sales manager and a project manager. They listened and delivered solutions to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the rest of the team.
The car salesman tactic definitely doesn’t work—they rush to close the sale without focusing on the project details. Anyway, I’m glad this is over so we can all move on.
