Outback Deck is a professional company from the beginning to the end of the process. The salesperson was knowledgeable and, rather than doing a bunch of selling, educated us on the technical details of both product and process (e.g., the differences in the various grades of composite decking and the mounting devices used in a quality deck). In terms of process, there is a pre-construction PM that tracks the project until it's started and provides a weekly update. We got an eight-page document to submit to the HOA for approval.
This was a replacement deck built by the developer and before any deck standards. When they demoed the deck, there was significant water damage to the interior wall.
