We had such a great experience the first time Outback Deck was our first call when we moved into our new home. Our Solutions Specialist, Ed, was prepared and developed a plan to bring our vision to life. Can’t wait to see the final product!!

Today we decided to reconstruct our deck with Outback Deck, Inc. Vlad was our consultant and his knowledge and expertise was essential in helping us understand the whole project from the base supports to the deck and railings. He explained with actual hardware so that you can see how this company has sound structural practices throughout the product. Vlad was very savvy with colors and looks from deck to railings with lots of pictures so you can get a visual idea of a finished project. We will be starting in the near future and feel confident with Vlad overseeing our journey.

Outback Deck did an outstanding job replacing my 12+ year old wood deck with a composite material deck. When we discovered stucco damage and rot in some of the framing, their expert carpenters fixed the banding and buttressed the framing. I am very pleased with the final product, especially with the quality of the construction. They were flexible, patient, and consummate professionals throughout the project, which took over 3 weeks due to the need for stucco inspection.

Complete back deck remodel. VERY happy with the project. Excellent team, great communication. I will be using them again for more work.

My husband and I had a wonderful meeting with Solution Specialist Nick Bennet. He was wonderful, informative and very willing to entertain our dream deck and help us find the happy middle ground with our budget. He arrived on time, listen to our plans, measured different options, explained the material choices and different financing options. I would really encourage folks to look into them they help with the permits, building specs and are very informative.

Just had our consultation w/ Outback Deck Atlanta for a front porch and back deck replacement. Sales Rep William Massey answered all our questions. I'm so excited to see how this turns out!

We met today with Kevin Winstead, Director of sales, and William Massie, Solution specialist, To discuss replacement of our deck. Kevin and William were thorough in describing the advantages of outback and the top-notch materials used by the company. They came up with a deck solution for us that included a partial open deck with a screened in porch. The solution is elegant and looks fantastic. No pressure on the sales side! Recommend the company and will follow up when the job is complete.

I contacted Outback to get a bid to replace our existing wood deck. I must give big props to Vlad and Kimberly. The presentation was well polished, informative and very professional. My wife and I were so impressed that we decided to go ahead with Outback and TimberTech Azek product which was not a deck material we had originally considered for our project. The follow up communication with the project team has been excellent. We look forward to seeing the new deck.

The TimberTech PVC deck (Coastline) with the Bronze railing turned out great. The installation team was top notch and took real pride in their work. Carlos was great dealing with the town on the permits. Frank did a terrific job overseeing the installation and made sure that we were happy with everything. We look forward to many years of enjoyment with the new deck. We highly recommend Outback.
