Expert Pool Builders (Indiana)

We love our new pool that was installed by Expert Pool Builders. When we started using the pool we found a small issue with a shut-off valve and Greg came out the next day to have it corrected.
4 out of 5 stars were given only because the concrete install got delayed a few times due to many reasons some of which were out of Greg's control.
Overall I would and have recommended Expert Pool Builders.

Installers were on time and professional. Extensive variety of pool to choose from.

The installation process has to be micromanaged at every level. Multiple things were installed incorrectly or were not delivered. Plumbing/electrical failed inspection and had to be remediated three times after initial installation. Communication from expert was extremely poor; we were ill informed of what was happening and did not receive responses to our requests for communication. Only when we refused to pay did things get accomplished. Our pool was installed with a leak in it; the concrete has to be broken up, leak fixed, and then concrete re-poured. The installation started 5 months ago and is still not complete.

I received good educational information during my initial meeting in order to together create the pool design that was best for us. During the construction process I was kept up to date as we went through each different phase of the installation. I felt comfortable along the way with this significant investment and in the end I have a great pool and patio that I love. I would recommend expert pools to anyone looking for an inground pool.

We really appreciated the fine professional workmanship by Experts pool installation crews. The project was completed in reasonable time considering the hurdles presented by Covid-19 regarding materials and services.
