They were able to fix a pair of broken designer sunglasses that no one else could!

I was so lucky to find Northwest Frame Repair. My husband's fairly expensive eyeglass plastic frame broke in half at the bridge. I did everything wrong that they tell you not to do (i.e. super glue). They not only were able to undo my bad, but it was repaired perfectly and completely so that you cannot tell where the break was. As an added plus, the price was very reasonable and comes with a one year warranty. I will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs frame related problems fixed by a quality shop.

They did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it!! That in itself, is very valuable to me these days. Sunglasses were restored to as good as new condition and returned to me in a timely manner and for a reasonable price.

Amazing Company!!! I can't say enough great things about NW Frame Repair. I have a pair of Dita's that had a broken hinge. I sent them to another shop who really messed up them up. I thought they were beyond repair when I got them back. I must note that NW Frame Repair has outstanding customer service and communication. I called NW Frame Repair as a last ditch effort; they had me send photos then they called me to discuss the possible solutions. I sent my frames in, NW Frame Repair called me upon receipt, to discuss the 2 options they were going to try. A couple weeks later I received an email stating my frames were repaired. I received my frames and literally could not believe it, they had packaged them beautifully, they were clean, and the arm hinge matched the other, it was tight, and beautifully done. NW Frame Repair made my day and night. I'm literally still thrilled...

While issue could not be rectified, their attention to detail and customer care were incredible. One of the best customer experiences I have every enjoyed.

I was referred to NWFR by AO upon inquiring for repair of my OPs. I was stunned to find they could replace the cable temples of my matte silver 52s. Additionally I had asked for repair of my black 52s (weld upper bridge) but they suggested replacement of the entire lens frame. They adjusted both pair to spec and shipped back quickly. In short, I was able to fully restore/replace NOS parts for two pair of shades for WELL UNDER what a single new pair would have cost. And they could not have been lovelier in the process.
