Wonderful experience! The website was very easy to navigate including detailed instructions on sending in my eyewear. They kept in touch with me via email the entire time and returned my glasses right on schedule. They work perfect. I thought I would need new glasses and very thankful I found NW Frame Repair.

Very happy I found Northwest Frame Repair. My backup "plastic" frames were broken at the bridge. Northwest Frame Repair repaired them with an internal wire that I can barely see even close-up. I've now sent a wire frame pair in with a detached temple and plan to send a third pair in for powder coating.

Great 1st time experience using NFR. My glasses were fixed very quickly. Total turnaround time from shipping and then receiving my glasses was only 8 days, including the weekend. I am very satisfied with them and would highly recommend them. My glasses are like brand new. They replaced both arms and put new spring loaded hinges on both.

Northwest Frame repair did an AMAZING job! I sent them my 30-year-old RayBan frames -- a cool design I'd never seen since -- and they came back looking like new. They were dull and worn. I had been told by my optometrist that they "weren't worth putting lenses into". I sent them to Northwest, and I was amazed at what they were able to do. They truly look brand new!! I thought the price was VERY reasonable for what I got. I'm so happy that I found Northwest Frame Repair!!

Sent in an old pair of Moscot Lemtosh sunglasses that were so scratched up and dull that the even store wouldn't look at - they came back brand new! Would 100% use again

I sent in my frames after I sat on them and broke a hinge and bent the frame. They examined the damage and hoped to be able to repair it, giving me a detailed estimate and warnings. In the end, it was not salvageable. But they mailed them back quickly, no charge. A good experience overall, given the situation.
