Sent in my very favorite frames that needed TLC.they were whitish around the nose a very dull and scratched. They were returned lookin their original glossy black. 1 am thrilled!

I have a 4 year old who is an agent of destruction and his glasses have been on the receiving end of some rough play. He completely broke the temple piece off at the hinge. I couldn’t believe how hard it was to find a business that repairs glasses.

Multiple optometrists (including our own) told us we just had to buy new ones and there wasn’t anything they could do to fix them. I called bull crap on that and thankfully found Northwest. I reached out to them first to see if they could really do what their website claimed they could do. I emailed Sean a picture of the glasses and he said it shouldn’t be a problem. He said once I sent the glasses in they would assess them and let me know if they could be repaired.

They fixed them and they are pretty much like brand new. It saved me a good chunk of money to have them repaired rather than buy brand new glasses....

straight up the best repair shop and i have been to a couple. this is my second time to nw and the first repair they did over a year ago is still holding on my beloved 35 yr old theo frames. (american refused to try the repair claiming there was not enough original material left to weld to).

this time i needed another tricky fix to very thin titanium frames and another lens company rebroke it while putting in the new lenses. nw immediately repaired again at no charge either for the new weld or for the return shipping.

very pleased and next time through stanwood will drop off some tasty goodies for this great crew.

I've reached out to Northwest Frame Repair on two occasions and both times were a great experience. They've repaired two sets of designer frames when I've needed them. Communication, promptness and price are all 5 star. I'm in the LA area and they're my GO to.... Go figure. Thanks guys!
