Northwest Frame Repair

What can I say about Northwest Frame Repair??? If I could give them 10 stars, I would. My dear mom passed away last November and I have a pair of her antique Ray-Bans from the 50's. They were in excellent condition until my optometrist tried to put my prescription lenses in place of hers. They broke her precious frames and I was devastated. They glued it but it looked terrible. After some research, my husband found Northwest Frame Repair. I contacted them and they responded so very quickly. They told me how to send them the frames and I was astounded at their courtesy and quick response. They invoiced me AFTER they were finished and were ready to ship them to me. They look PERFECT!!! I was amazed and very grateful. Thank you!

Northwest Frame repair did an incredible job of restoring my husband’s beloved vintage WW II AO aviator sunglasses! They made his Christmas!

What wonderful service! I had my AO Pilot frames damaged by LensCrafters. (Note: Don't go there unless you want your frames broken, TWICE!) They wouldn't anti up for damaging my frames. AO has been bought out by a foreign company. (Bad move!) Of course, they not only moved the company away from Massachusetts but, they also made some changes to the AO Pilot frames. (TWO bad moves! OK. Moving from MA maybe not so bad. LOL) Most notably the elimination of the Comfort Cable temples. (Bad move!) The new frames have been redesigned and the new parts will not transfer to the new design. (Another bad move!)

On the upside, AO has wisely worked with Northwest Frame Repair to solve such problems. (Smart move!) Northwest was able to replace me frames and repair my well experienced Comfort Cable temples. I am now have my old lenses in my new frames and could not be happier! Thank you...

I found some cool vintage glassss at a thrift store. Contacted NE FRAME REPAIR to see if they could fix the temples. They did! Communication was great. The work was fast and well done! I love my new to me glasses!

I love Northwest Frame Repair because they are excellent, easy, professional, and awesome. I live in Florida, and my optician's lab broke the frames I brought in. The optician recommended Northwest Frame Repair. They repaired two fractures in the frame, and I can't even tell where the damage initially was done. Northwest Frame Repair was inexpensive, timely, and I love my newly restored glasses.

Great repair on broken Mykita Frames. It would have cost me $500 for a replacement. Instead, it cost me $55. They were so well repaired that you can’t even see the repair. Excellent fast service.
