Everyone I spoke with at Northwest Frame Repair was helpful, clear, and sympathetic to my concerns and questions. I used their welding and palladium coating services and they thoroughly cleaned my lenses. When I opened my glasses, I hardly recognized my old glasses they were like new! I will use them again with no hesitation, should the need arise.

I contacted Northwest Frame Repair to see if they could recondition a pair of vintage Ray-Bans I've had for many years. Another shop had botched the repair badly, but the folks at Northwest re-did the job so well that the repair is practically invisible. They offered me additional services but did not require me to purchase them, yet the "basic" repair they did makes the glasses virtually new. The people I spoke with on the phone were always helpful and friendly, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.

Northwest Frame Repair did a great job installing adjustable nose pads on a clear acetate frame. It almost looks like it was part of the original design of the frames! I was pretty bummed when I got my new eyeglasses and found that they were extremely uncomfortable on my nose (and also kept sliding down). Northwest solved this problem and made the glasses wearable!

I'm am pleased with Northwest Frame Repair. My glasses broke immediately after I replaced a new progressive lenses Rx and you know how expensive that can be.
