It was top notch. My beautiful, new, expensive frames were knocked off my face in a windstorm which resulted in an earpiece being sheared off. They fixed them, and they are as good as new. Very, very happy. Customer service couldn’t have been better.

Very professional. I sent my Bose glasses in for repair as I do not want to contribute to the landfill. Though they were not able to fix them, they send them back free of charge. Yes, I would use them again. A very fair company.

Fantastic little company! Needed a hinge repair on some Gold & Wood frames and no one local would even touch it. NW had the frames back to me like new in less than a week. Awe-inspiring!
