You did a beautiful job repairing my favorite glasses! A frame the manufacturer no longer makes! I was pleased with the quick turn around time and everyone I spoke with from customer service were super friendly!

The team at Northwest have fixed my vintage frames twice! The hinge bracket broke on each side about one year apart. They assessed and communicated clearly. The repair and return to me was super fast. Thank you team!!!

It was so fast and easy to get my glasses repaired. I thought they were a lost cause, but this wonderful company put my broken glasses back together with a sturdy and invisible weld.... in just a couple days.

Had smashed my glasses and both lenses had popped out. The people there were very helpful and I was able to wait while they repaired my glasses. I also needed the glasses to be realigned to my face which was done very quickly and professionally.

I had some vintage and contemporary aviator sunglasses refurbished and re-coated by NFR. One set was a fresh Palladium (silver) finish and one set was a change from gold to Palladium. NFR did a fantastic job on both of them, and I highly recommended them. The communication is great, and the work was done in a very timely manner. Super happy with their services and will use them again for sure.

I looked up frame restoration a few years ago and northwest frame repair popped up.

I put them off for a bit because I was able to snag a pair from the same company called spectaculars which made newer versions of my frames… until one of them snapped off out of nowhere. I was quite disappointed and I looked to see if I can order a new pair but it seems that the company is now defunct.

Cut to a few weeks ago and I finally emailed northwest frame repair and they were so so helpful and walked me through their process as there were some issues with my frames.

They were able to fix the broken ones and were able to restore my old frames back to new!

Amazing work and highly recommend.
