I have used Northwest Frame Repair several times for power coating my metal frames: they did a fantastic job. The eyeglasses looked brand new and the service was very fast. Great work and easy communication!

I like Northwest Frame Repair because they are the eyewear repair shop par excellence. They get kudos for having a number you can text directly after-hours. The husband and wife team is very passionate about preserving glasses, and it shows. They are incredibly fair folks. Unfortunately this means they're in high demand because they have customers at their physical location as well. Responsiveness is not always all there. I had to reach out a couple times to grease the wheels, and that's not convenient at all if you're working and live in a different time zone than them.

They fixed both and refinished them. When I got them back and wore them, my family asked, "why did you get new glasses, you just bought a new pair!" A great group of people here who communicated very well throughout. Thank you!
