I had broken a sentimental pair of Aviators and in just a matter of 2.5 weeks (and I’m all the way across the country) I had shipped them, they sent me over a service quote, and had them fixed and shipped back! They came back better than I had ever seen them. Thanks y’all!

I can't thank Northwest Frame Repair enough! I had purchased a pair of vintage glasses. Another office damaged them and were unwilling to repair them. I discovered NFR and contacted them. They were easy to work with and best of all I have my cool glasses back!

Very good communication and quality work by Northwest Frame Repair. I like plastic frames but most do not come with eye pads. I first discovered them via my usual eyeglass shop who sent a pair to them for eye pads. I found their website and now can go direct to them. I am so very happy with the quality of the work and highly recommend this business. Easy to work with and outstanding quality!
