Northwest Frame Repair did an outstanding job refinishing my old Designer frames from ProDesign. They use a special paint that is scratch resistant! I absolutely adore the frames! So much better than buying new frames! Additionally, NFR repaired damage done to the frames by Walmart when I ordered new lenses! What a fantastic company! These folks are fantastic! First they completely restored my favorite glasses beautifully and now 2 years later they fixed my wire rim sunglasses after I broke the temple off. So easy to work with and quick to communicate.

I user north west frame repair twice, they did a great job both times. Couldn’t be happier

I thought Northwest frame repair did a great job on my frames, which had suffered at least 15 years of hard use. They were in desperate need of being re-powder-coated. The temples were repainted a separate color, and new tips were put on the temples, and new nose pads were added. The frames were also slightly bent out of shape, and They came back to me completely straightened -essentially brand new. The powder-coating colors weren’t identical to the ones I had before, but were close enough and just as good. I would recommend this outfit to anybody, considering having their frames refurbish rather than springing for new frames. If you like the frames you have now as well or better than what you see on the shelves at your local frame shop, I’d seriously consider just having your current frames refreshed at Northwest Frame Repair.

When my dad passed away I inherited two pairs of HGU-4/P sunglasses, one by AO and one by Welsh, from his time flying patrol planes in the Navy in the 1950s and 60s. On one pair the ear piece plastic had fallen apart from age, and the other had a chipped lens. No one in my area would attempt to repair them, but they were eager to sell me a new pair. Northwest Frame Repair was able replace the aged plastic "bayonet" pieces on both pairs, clean the frames and replace the lenses on the chipped pair, and return the original lenses to keep as backups. Their work was good and their prices for that work very reasonable. Now, instead of mementos relegated to a drawer, I have useable keepsakes that remind me of my dad every time I wear them. This business was legit—had everything spelled out, efficient communication, got the job done that I was looking for at a reasonable price, and quickly! My vintage frames are now ready for present-day!
