Northwest Frame Repair did a great job installing adjustable nose pads on a clear acetate frame. It almost looks like it was part of the original design of the frames! I was pretty bummed when I got my new eyeglasses and found that they were extremely uncomfortable on my nose (and also kept sliding down). Northwest solved this problem and made the glasses wearable!

My experience was excellent. Services offered and needed were explained in a concise manner. When I spoke over the phone (I believe Madison) was courteous and answered all my questions. I received my glasses and they were repaired exactly as I wanted.

You can’t get a service like this anywhere else. Northwest will take your old frames and make them look better than when you first bought them along with an endless amount of customization options. I’ll definitely be sending some more of my frames to them and only them for work!
