Sent Northwest an older Gucci frame I had grown emotionally attached to and was devastated when they just did not look as good as I had once remembered them.For a fraction of the cost of the frames that my (so - so) insurance covered they brought the frames back to life. Super happy and thrilled with the service and level or workmanship. Will forever keep these folks in my data banks and share their info with friends.

Fantastic work restoring my 30+ year old B&L Ray Ban Wayfarers. Temple arm repair is solid and the scuffs / scratches buffed out of the tortoise frame beautifully. The glasses have traveled the globe with me and will continue to do so hopefully for another 30 years. Thank you!
