These guys are terrific ! ! They performed superb high quality service in a timely manner at a reasonable price. They replaced older screws and fasteners, polished temples to brand new and cleaned lenses to brilliant. I couldn’t be more pleased with their quality of work…bringing an older pair of expensive eyeglasses to looking like they were purchased today. Highly recommended.

Everything from the initial call where I received instructions on sending my broken AO frame in to the whole repair process to keeping me updated on the shipping back to me. When I received my sunglasses back the were better than expected. Like New. Strongly recommend.

I love Northwest Frame Repair because they were able to repair my designer sunglasses when no one in my town would touch them. They did a beautiful job and now they look brand new again. The turnover time was less than two weeks. I would definitely use them again.

You folks are great. My favorite Mont Blanc eyeglasses were bent and broken in an accident. I tried several sources for repair. Neither source was willing to assist in the repair. I was ready to consign my $800.00 glasses to the trash can.
However, I found your info on the internet. Your staff assisted my request for repair by voice and text to ensure the repair was quick and efficient. The price was reasonable. As I write this review I am wearing the glasses you repaired for me. They are perfect. Thank-you
