I am truly grateful for Northwest Frame Repair. What can’t they do?! I’ve had two pairs serviced (1 restoration and 1 nose pad adaptation and hinge repair). My glasses look and function like new, but better~ Wonderful customer service and work. Thank you 🙏🏼

WOW, these guys are the best in quality of work and customer service, I sent my broken Maui Jim to re-attach or to micro weld the temple, and remove the old powder coating and put a new coat, these Maui Jim Kahuna are only available in Gun Metal frames, so about 5 years ago I had to send those to Singapore....yes Singapore to be powder coated in flat black, because I couldn't find anyone in the USA to powder coat frames, yes I digged for days the internet to find one shop to do it.
This time I was ready to send those back to the other side of the world to get them fix, and I was lucky this time in my digging finding Northwest Frame Repair.
They are not cheap neither expensive, just reasonable in their prices, and the quality of work makes you feel that you paid a very fair fee.
Thanks again guys, you certainly will hear from me again.

Had a pair of American Optical sun glasses repaired. Had a stripped screw fixed and a chipped lens replaced. Madison was very nice and quickly responded to my emails.

This model was discontinued and the optician I bought them from said the only option was to buy a new pair. I shopped around on the Internet and found that the temple could be spot welded (with the right equipment and expertise). That is exactly what I found at Northwest. Now my "old" glasses are like new and that is due to Northwest Frame Repair.

Northwest Frame restored my Tom Ford glasses like they were new. I was very happy with the work they did.

I sent out a single pair of high end reading glasses to Northwest Frame Repair for repair and the service, cost, detail and craftsmanship, was way beyond what I expected. I immediately gathered all my pairs of Lux eyewear (Prada, Cutler and Gross, Ic! Berlins) that I been piling up over the years. Some needed cleaning, missing a hinge or nose pad or an issue with a lens. I sent them to Northwest Frame Repair and I got (almost) new frames that I thought were a lost cause. You cats rock!
