Quality of work is more than excellent, customer service is superb.
Sent my beloved Maui Jim Kahuna Sunglasses to micro weld the temporal because the factory weld gave in, and to remove the powder coat and apply new one flat black (Kahuna does not come powder coated in black, only Gun Metal).
Before finding Northwest I used a company in Singapore to do it (the other side of the world). Because I couldn't find anyone in the USA to powder coat Sunglasses Frames this was 5 to 7 years ago, and believe me I didn't left any rock unturned in the internet trying to find someone here in the US. Planning on getting another pair send to them. And I'm glad I found them.

Northwest Frame Repair was able to repair and make serviceable my Air Force issue aviator glasses issues to me in 1962.

You guys did an amazing job restoring my shades, they look brand new like the first time i bought them, in 2008. [The cazal shades are vintage 80s]
I havent wore them in almost 10 years due to wear and tear, I never thought I would wear them again. But after some research, Im glad I found you guys on youtube. watching how you guys fix glasses and shades that belong to people who have an emotional attachment with their belongings, is what made me seek you guys out. I am truly grateful for Northwest Frame Repair. What can’t they do?! I’ve had two pairs serviced (1 restoration and 1 nose pad adaptation and hinge repair). My glasses look and function like new, but better~ Wonderful customer service and work. Thank you 🙏🏼
