These guys were really great. I had seen a good review on NextDoor and decided to stop in and talk to them. I needed either a repair to my frame or to have the lenses installed in another one of my frames (I have several of the same frame since I am very difficult to fit). They gave me an estimate before starting work and my glasses were ready later that day. They also replaced the nose pads. Total cost was $30. I highly recommend this business. Everyone was friendly, their prices are fair, the quality of work was very good and their customer service was excellent.

I asked for larger acetate nose pads to be created for my eyeglasses. The service was efficient and quality top notch! I am glad there is a store in the US offering such service. I would definitely use them again.

I am bittersweet - learning about northwest and their magic workshop after so many favorite pairs of glasses were abandoned in the past thinking (and being told) they were unfixable. Since then I have sent many old and newish frames for repair and shared with glee to my four eyed friends about northwest frame repair. What a fantastic resource!!

They had unique frames I couldn’t find anywhere else.
