I have a pair of unique metal frames that I really wanted to wear again, and the team at NWFR made that happen. Their work was flawless, quick and friendly. The frames have subtle grid texture that I was worried would be lost in the refinishing process but the powder coat is amazing and brought out the texture perfectly. I went for new pads and temple tips and I’m so glad I did. The glasses look and feel like new. And BTW saved a bunch over new frames. I will use their services again and recommend them for anyone that wants to make those old favorite frames look like new.

I found Northwest Frame Repair on the internet search for vintage eyeglass repair. They were responsive and their website was clear, with instructions that were easy to follow.

I followed the directions and as they said, they followed-up, sent updates, and invoices. When I received my glasses I was thrilled. They looked brand-new.

NW Frame can fix problems that local shops can't address. They can also improve frames via gold plating and the like.

I brought in a nice pair of Revo sunglasses with glass lenses that got sat on and broke a metal rim at the end piece. Northwest Frame Repair took my sun glasses that I’ve had for forty years or so and repaired my nose pieces and replaced the ear pieces. Did a great job and didn’t cost much. Had new lenses made at my eye doctors. This was after my cataract surgery.

They have restored two frames for me and they were like new. I don’t know of any other company that does this type of recoating. Excellent service and communication. Fair pricing.

I have used these guys twice. I am still wearing the first pair from about 8 years ago. I always buy titanium glasses. The cost is minimal compared to buying a new pair. And, when my first pair broke, I was having trouble finding a repair place to fix titanium. I ask my optometrist and he recommended Northwest Frame Repair. Trust me, $83 is way better than $600+ for a new pair. You won't be disappointed.
