I’ve worked with Northwest Repair Shop twice and have been astounded both times at the quality of their work. The first was a horn-rimmed frame that had got discolored cloudy due to hard wear overseas where they were exposed to very heavy atmospheric pollution. They came back like new. The second was a beloved frame whose temple had gotten mangled and whose rim had gotten seriously dented. I don’t know how they did it, but the temple is working perfectly and the dent, which was deep, is virtually gone — and where it appears, it cannot be seen. Their work with color is extraordinary — they will really send back the frame in perfect or as-close-to-perfect condition as they can get it. Recently I learned there are other frame repairers and restorers relatively close to me. I send my frames across the country because Northwest Repair has earned my trust, confidence, and gratitude....
