I was very excited to get my sunglasses FINALY fixed after many months . My only disappointment was that northwest frame repair assured me I would be able to receive the sunglasses by November 17 because I was going away for Thanksgiving . incredible service and tenacity! they fixed a gold & wood hinge that local opticians said was irreparable and tried three times on a wireless pair that unfortunately could not be fixed, then offered to refund the payment (absolutely not, so grateful for their efforts). definitely will be first choice in the future for any repairs.

I have a pair of unique metal frames that I really wanted to wear again, and the team at NWFR made that happen. Their work was flawless, quick and friendly. The frames have subtle grid texture that I was worried would be lost in the refinishing process but the powder coat is amazing and brought out the texture perfectly. I went for new pads and temple tips and I’m so glad I did. The glasses look and feel like new. And BTW saved a bunch over new frames. I will use their services again and recommend them for anyone that wants to make those old favorite frames look like new.
