Ever since AO was sold and moved out of Massachusetts getting parts and service for my original Aviator frames has been difficult. Along came NW Frame repair to the rescue. The staff there is an example of how to run a business well. They are courteous and efficient. It is a pleasure to deal with them. They are knowledgeable and dedicated. I can still get the comfort cable temples that I use from them even though AO erroneously decided to no longer manufacture them. Brilliant move AO!
I cannot give enough praise to NW Frame Repair. They are my lifeline to keeping my Aviators and with their support I won't have to go searching for some other frame. After all, the AO Aviators are the best frame ever made and have been since WW-II.

I posted a similar review on Nextdoor and on facebook. These guys are great! I brought in a pair of glasses that had a broken hinge and was told they couldn't be fixed. Well, NW Frame Repair fixed them better than when they were new! Great folks work there!

Repair of my cable style temple was well done and the whole transaction was painless. I would use them again if needed.
