I am bittersweet - learning about northwest and their magic workshop after so many favorite pairs of glasses were abandoned in the past thinking (and being told) they were unfixable. Since then I have sent many old and newish frames for repair and shared with glee to my four eyed friends about northwest frame repair. What a fantastic resource!!

I had a very special Italian wood frame pair of glasses that I just loved for years, but I broke the hinge. Local high-end glass shops said they were not repairable and offered to order a new frame.
After 18 months of looking online I was lucky to find a specialty frame shop that repaired and restored the wood frame and they look are better than new!
Northwest Frame has the best microscopic argon equipment to assure perfection, and over the years the owners have developed the art of bring older eyewear back to the original feel and look.

From the person who answered the phone on my initial inquiry, to the restoration of my Persol frames, NW was spectacular. Frames look fabulous. They're not too old (maybe 6-8 yrs) but were more than a bit weathered. Local opticians wouldn't t put new lens's in them for fear of breaking the frames. They now look brand new. Titanium frames had a broken hinge, they repaired them and I think they're better than brand new. also appreciate the new nose pads they suggested.
