Very impressed with Northwest Frame Repair. I had a pair of antique frames which I broke. They valued the sentimental value I had for them. They were repaired very promptly and shipped back to me. You cannot even see where they were broken.
Very reasonable pricing for service provided. Highly recommend to others and would definitely use again. Due to the price of frames these days their service is so needed, nothing worse than breaking a frame that appears beyond repair, I would contact this company before writing them off.

Northwest Frame Repair did an excellent job fixing my frames that I was told were unfixable by others. The staff is great and they were ready the next morning even though I dropped them off just before closing. The repair was very reasonable.

In an age where customer service seems like a thing of the past, Northwest Frame Repair did not get the memo. It has been a very long time, if ever, that I have experienced the level of professionalism, communication, craft and care this company delivered. No one in NYC would touch my broken vintage Sergio Valente glasses. The arm snapped and the frames were old and dry. They told me no one anywhere would be able to fix them.. Someone in the store slipped me Northwest's number suggesting I call them, like it was a secret.
I went home and called and they answered the phone. Can we just start with that? They asked for photos and a recap of what had happened and then gave me their address to send the glasses to. They said they would evaluate and get back to me in a day or two. They were not only able to fix the glasses but express them to where I was traveling to. Within one week...

I am SO glad I found you! The hinge on my beloved vintage pair of Anglo American eyeglasses broke and I thought I would have no option but to consign them to the trash. I sent them off to you and they returned looking like new. I had them back in less than a week and I could not be happier! Thank you so much.
