Northwest Frame Repair

I love Northwest Frame Repair because they were able to repair the cracks in the arms of my frames.
I love my frames, they are from LA Eyeworks and they do not make more than a few in each colour and style.
Northwest Frame Repair understood my attachment to my frames and handled them with the utmost care.
They were repaired and returned almost before I could miss them.
I recommend Northwest Frame Repair whenever the opportunity arises.

Had smashed my glasses and both lenses had popped out. The people there were very helpful and I was able to wait while they repaired my glasses. I also needed the glasses to be realigned to my face which was done very quickly and professionally.

I had some vintage and contemporary aviator sunglasses refurbished and re-coated by NFR. One set was a fresh Palladium (silver) finish and one set was a change from gold to Palladium. NFR did a fantastic job on both of them, and I highly recommended them. The communication is great, and the work was done in a very timely manner. Super happy with their services and will use them again for sure.

I looked up frame restoration a few years ago and northwest frame repair popped up.

I put them off for a bit because I was able to snag a pair from the same company called spectaculars which made newer versions of my frames… until one of them snapped off out of nowhere. I was quite disappointed and I looked to see if I can order a new pair but it seems that the company is now defunct.

Cut to a few weeks ago and I finally emailed northwest frame repair and they were so so helpful and walked me through their process as there were some issues with my frames.

They were able to fix the broken ones and were able to restore my old frames back to new!

Amazing store that I discovered while researching how to fix my horn glasses. The local optical shop treated it like acetate and two of my glasses developed a crack. Horn glasses are not cheap and none of the local optical shops were willing to fix it. After combing through some Reddit forums, I found Northwest.

Right from my first email exchange with Sean, it was a fantastic experience. They know how to take care of horn glasses, they explained the work and the whole process was seamless. I’m fortunate to have discovered them and will send all my future prescriptions to them. The instructions for sending the frame is very well documented. Overall, a great experience and I’m glad that we such stores in this day and age that is a small business with strong customer focus, deep technical expertise and exceptional service!! Thank you!
