I highly recommend Northwest Frame Repair. I had a pair of Tom Ford frames that had seen a lot of use. I looked for a new frames, but did not like any I tried as much as the old pair, but I was reluctant to put a new prescription in old, worn frames. So I found Northwest and decided to give them a try. My frames came back to me very quickly and absolutely looking like new. Thanks Northwest!

Their knowledge, selection of new and availability of older parts as well as expertise in materials and processes puts them in a class of their own. If you need something professionally restored or fixed, do yourself a favor go with NFR. I had an older pair of American Optical Original Pilot frames that were issued to my uncle from 1973. NFR was able to swap out the bayonets with standard style temples as well as fix a couple weak welds where the nose pad arms attach to the frame using original AO parts. The welds were so precise and small there was no warpage and barely visible. I had taken my frames to 2 other frame shops and they wouldn't even attempt to perform the welds.

Northwest Frame Repair did an excellent job restoring my vintage eyeglass frames. The entire process was straight forward and timely. My frames returned safely. They are buffed and polished beautifully, and the temples are straightened like magic! I did not expect the frame body to lose some of its volume and surface area due to the buffing process. This is a minor consequence of having the frame be polished so lustrously, thus giving these glasses a new life. I am very glad to have restored my eyeglasses with Northwest Frame Repair!

They repaired the bridge of my favorite glasses that I snapped. The cost was very reasonable and the team is fun. I’ve decided to have them powder coat metal frames.
