Northwest Frame Repair

While cleaning out boxes of old memories, I found a 50 year old pair of Navy aviator glasses that belonged to my pilot father! One lens was cracked in half. I googled and eventually found Northwest Frame Repair. I called, found the website and had the lenses replaced. Northwest was a treat to work with. Every time I have my aviators on, I think of my dad and how he served the USA. Go Navy, beat Army!

I dropped my favorite pair of glasses and snapped off one of the arms. I assumed they were beyond repair. But, Voila, NW Frame repair fixed them and you would never know, they look brand new. They were very easy to communicate with and very efficient in returning them to me. Highly recommend them!!

OPTICIAN OR MAGICIAN?! In a freak accident ( aka my computer fell onto my glasses) my horn frames broke in 4 places! I was incredibly sad because horn frames are supposed to last a lifetime and cost a pretty penny (for reference the brand is Hoffmann). I've had these frames for about 10 years now and we were going strong. The place I bought them from in NYC said they couldn't be repaired. I live in Santa Barbara, and one store here recommended Northwest Frame Repair. I initially emailed them with pictures and Sean was so quick and responsive. The entire experience was so seamless- mailing them in, the quote, and payment. I am so impressed and so grateful! Highly recommend!
