Amazing! I have an older pair of prescription sunglasses that I refused to let go. Everyone said they couldn’t be fixed, including several optical technicians. But I refused to take “no” for an answer, as they mean a lot to me and weren’t cheap. I then, fortunately, got turned onto NWFR and they not only fixed my glasses, but did so affordably and efficiently! Their customer service btw is friendly and precise! I’ve since sent praises far and wide to all with eyeglass woe’s that there is hope and its NWFR. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Very impressed with Northwest Frame Repair. I had a pair of antique frames which I broke. They valued the sentimental value I had for them. They were repaired very promptly and shipped back to me. You cannot even see where they were broken.
Very reasonable pricing for service provided. Highly recommend to others and would definitely use again. Due to the price of frames these days their service is so needed, nothing worse than breaking a frame that appears beyond repair, I would contact this company before writing them off.
